Order Cancellation Policy



At Laiara, every order is prepared with care to ensure your resort‑wear arrives beautifully and on time. Because we begin processing orders promptly, our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with North American e-commerce standards.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel it. This includes situations where:

  • A shipping label has been created
  • The order is being prepared for dispatch
  • The order has already shipped

 This ensures timely delivery and protects the integrity of our fulfillment process.

2. Immediate Processing Notice

To provide fast shipping, all orders enter our processing queue immediately after checkout. For this reason, cancellation requests submitted after the 1‑hour window cannot be accommodated.

3. Discounted, Promotional, and Limited‑Edition Items

Orders containing:

  • Sale items
  • Promotional items
  • Discount‑code purchases
  • Limited‑edition or low‑inventory pieces

are final and cannot be cancelled, even within the 1‑hour window. This protects inventory accuracy and ensures fairness for all customers.

4. Orders Shipped or In Transit

Once an order has shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

 5. Incorrect Address or Order Errors

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing checkout. Laiara cannot cancel or modify orders due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment/unit numbers
  • Mistyped postal codes
  • Accidental purchases

 If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will assist if the order has not yet entered processing.

6. Fraud Prevention & Repeated Cancellations

To maintain fairness and protect inventory, Laiara monitors accounts for repeated cancellation attempts or unusual activity. We reserve the right to:

  • Decline future cancellation requests
  • Cancel orders at our discretion
  • Block accounts exhibiting misuse

 This ensures a smooth experience for all customers.

7. Policy Updates

Our Order Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational improvements and regulatory requirements.
