1. Purpose & Scope
This Order Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets out your rights and our procedures for cancelling orders placed with Laiara Lifestyle Limited (“Laiara Lifestyle”, “we”, “us”). This Policy applies to all customers in Canada and is designed to comply with federal and provincial/territorial consumer protection laws.
2. When You Can Cancel an Order
You may request to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

Before Fulfillment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are processed for shipping.

During Fulfillment: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Custom or Special Orders: Orders for personalized or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible since orders are often processed within 1–3 business days.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:

Before Payment Capture: You will not be charged.

After Payment Capture but Before Shipment: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After Shipment: Your order will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, and you may need to return the item to receive a refund.
5. Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of selected items. Refunds will be processed for the cancelled items only.
6. Out-of-Stock or Merchant-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable laws. If this occurs:
- You will be notified promptly by email or phone.
- A full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
7. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- They have already been shipped and are in transit.
- They involve perishable goods, final sale items, or products marked as non-returnable.
- They are custom-made or personalized items already in production.
