Refund Returns

1. Purpose & Scope

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the rights of consumers and our procedures for accepting returns, issuing refunds, and providing exchanges for products purchased from Laiara Lifestyle Limited (“Laiara Lifestyle”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our ecommerce platform. This Policy is designed to comply with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

1 Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. Québec consumers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act and may have longer return windows where applicable.

2 Condition: Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products that are damaged through customer misuse or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

3 Exclusions: Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., intimate apparel) or where clearly marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

2 Shipping the Return: Once your request is approved, Items returned by mail are only eligible for refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable delivery service other than Canada Post when returning an online order by mail, due to the potential for labour disruptions. Laiara Lifestyle Limited is not responsible for delayed or returned packages held at Canada Post depots or in transit. Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received at our distribution center in Vernon, B.C.

When returning by mail, allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will only be credited to the original account used to make the original purchase.

Laiara Lifestyle Limited is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged in transit.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size, color, or defective merchandise. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product, or an incorrect item is shipped, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
